Working principle
In order to meet the requirements of material forming, the Tengda Mechanical Coal Powder Ball Pressing Machine in Gongyi City uses an electromagnetic speed regulating motor for the pre pressing screw, and the speed regulation method is manually controlled. Users can adjust the speed of the pre pressing machine according to the ball forming situation to achieve the highest ball forming rate and maximum production capacity. The pressed materials are screened by a screening machine, and qualified pellets are packaged. The screened materials can be returned to the warehouse and mixed with new materials before being compressed. The coal powder ball press equipment produced by our company adopts hydraulic protection devices, and high-pressure oil is pumped into the hydraulic cylinder by a hydraulic pump to cause axial displacement of the piston. The front connecting head of the piston rod is placed on the bearing seat to meet the production pressure requirements. When too much material is fed between the two pressure rollers or enters the metal block, the hydraulic cylinder piston rod is overloaded under pressure, the hydraulic pump will stop, the accumulator will buffer the pressure change, the overflow valve will open to return oil, and the displacement of the piston rod will increase the gap between the pressure rollers, allowing hard objects to pass through the pressure rollers. The system pressure returns to normal and can protect the pressure rollers from damage.
